Nothing about this is designed to rush you. If you have dealt with puppy sellers in India before, the pace here will feel unusually slow. That is deliberate.
WhatsApp us where you live, who is in the house, whether anyone works from home, and whether anyone reacts to dogs. This is not a formality — it is how we work out which of the three breeds, and which generation, actually suits you. Sometimes the answer is not the one you enquired about.
What is available now, what is expected, and what the real wait is for the colour or coat you want. If we do not have it, we say so. If someone else would suit you better, we say that too.
In person here in Delhi NCR, or on an unedited live video call. Not photographs, not a recorded clip. We will not place a puppy with anyone who has not seen its dam. Watch how she is around people; it tells you more than any certificate.
If you are sure, we hold the puppy. We tell you the deposit and what it covers before you pay. Then we send you a list of what to get ready — crate, food, a groomer booked, a vet found.
The puppy goes home at eight weeks or later, never earlier. In person, with the vet certificate, vaccination card and papers in your hand rather than promised by post.
You ring us. At week two when everything is chaos, at month six about grooming, at year two with a photograph. That is what buying from a breeder is supposed to mean.

Message us on WhatsApp with where you live, who is in the house and what you are looking for. We talk it through, you meet the mother in person or on live video, and only then does anyone discuss holding a puppy. We do not take deposits from people who have not seen the dam.
Where a puppy is being held for you, yes, and we tell you the amount and what it covers before you pay anything. If we cancel for any reason, including deciding the match is wrong, it comes back in full. We never pressure anyone to pay on the day they enquire.
It depends entirely on what you want. A black Standard Poodle might be available now; a red or apricot, or a Parti coat, can be two to four months. We would rather tell you the real wait than put you on a list for something that is not coming.
Usually yes, in the order people commit. We will also give you our honest opinion — we have watched these puppies for eight weeks and we know which one is bold and which one is quiet. Sometimes the puppy you picked from a photograph is not the one that suits your house.
Eight weeks at the earliest, and sometimes a little later for a Toy Poodle or a long journey. A puppy that leaves its mother too early settles badly, and no amount of eagerness on either side changes that.
Yes. We place puppies across India and deliver by road or accompanied flight. You still meet the mother, on live video if you cannot travel.
Talk to us. If it is before collection, we would far rather you pulled out than went ahead with a dog you are unsure about. If it is after, our position is the same as it is for life: come back to us rather than rehoming quietly.
No. We have declined sales, and we will again — an empty house all day, no plan for grooming, or someone buying a large dog on impulse for a small flat. It is not a sales tactic. Fifteen years is a long time to get wrong.
