Doodle & Poodle is a small home-based breeding household in Delhi NCR. We breed Standard Poodles, Toy Poodles and Goldendoodles and place them with families across India.
These terms cover how we work. They are written to be read, not to hide behind.
Every puppy shown on our available puppies page is real and living with us at the time of writing. If a litter is not on that page, we do not have it. We would rather tell you when one is expected than take money against a dog that does not exist.
Prices are published in full on our price guide. They are the same for everyone and they do not change based on how the phone call goes. We update them when they change; the published figure at the time you enquire is the figure that applies to you.
Availability changes litter by litter, and a puppy shown as available may be reserved by someone else before you decide. We reserve in the order people commit, and we will tell you plainly where you stand.
We will not take a deposit from anyone who has not seen the mother, in person or on a live video call. That is our rule and we apply it even when it costs us a sale.
Where a deposit is taken to hold a puppy, we will tell you the amount and what it covers before you pay anything. If we cancel — because a puppy turns out to be unwell, or because we decide the match is wrong — the deposit is returned in full.
We do not pressure anyone to pay on the day. If a breeder ever does that to you, here or anywhere else, treat it as a warning sign.
Every puppy leaves us at eight weeks or older with a vet health certificate, complete vaccination and deworming records, and honest disclosure of anything we have observed.
KCI registration is available for our Standard and Toy Poodles where the litter carries it. Goldendoodles cannot be KCI registered because they are a crossbreed; anybody offering you such papers is offering something that does not exist.
What we can promise: the puppy is healthy and vet-checked when it leaves us, the parents are ours or known to us, and we will tell you the truth about both. What nobody can promise: that a living animal will never fall ill. If something emerges that we should have known about, talk to us. We would rather put it right than argue.
We hand-deliver within Delhi NCR at no charge. Elsewhere in India we drive where the distance allows and fly accompanied where it does not. We do not send puppies alone in cargo.
Travel beyond NCR is charged at actual cost with no markup, and we tell you the figure before anything is booked. Where we judge a journey to be unfair on a young puppy, we will say so and suggest waiting rather than take the money.
Where we arrange a breed we do not raise ourselves, we will tell you plainly that it comes through our network rather than from us, and who the breeder is. We apply the same standards either way, and if we cannot source something responsibly we will say so rather than find you one anyway.
