Dwarka is quietly one of the easiest places in Delhi to keep a large dog, and it is under-appreciated for exactly the reason people complain about it: it was planned.

Wide roads, generous pavements, and a park in almost every sector. Compared with the older parts of Delhi, where walking a dog means negotiating parked cars and broken footpath, Dwarka is straightforward. The DDA parks across the sectors and the greens around Sector 10, 12 and 23 are where most owners here walk.
Most of Dwarka is co-operative group housing, which means lifts (useful for a 25kg dog), guards who will get to know your dog, and a resident welfare association with rules. Talk to your RWA before the puppy arrives rather than after. Indian animal welfare guidance is clear that societies cannot ban pets outright, but the conversation goes better when it happens early and you are the owner who cleans up.
Dwarka sits at the west of the city and often records among the higher AQI readings in Delhi during winter, with the airport corridor and construction dust adding to it. Same rule as the rest of the NCR: when the number passes 300, cut the walk and work the dog indoors instead.

Every puppy leaves with a vet health certificate, complete vaccination and deworming records, and KCI litter registration for our Poodles. Goldendoodles are a crossbreed and cannot be KCI registered — we say so rather than pretend otherwise.

Yes, free of charge. Dwarka is inside our own Delhi NCR delivery area, so we hand the puppy to you in person at your door, with the vet certificate, vaccination card and papers.
Yes, and we would much rather you did. The dogs live with us in Delhi NCR and it is a short trip. We will not place a puppy with anyone who has not seen its mother, in person or on live video.
One of the easier parts of Delhi, yes. Wide roads, real pavement and a park in almost every sector make the daily walk straightforward in a way that older parts of the city do not. The trade-off is distance from South Delhi's better groomers and specialist vets.
The same as everywhere else we place puppies — our ranges are published in full on the price guide and do not change by neighbourhood or by how keen you sound on the phone.
No, and nobody's are. A Goldendoodle is a crossbreed, so the Kennel Club of India does not register it. Our Standard Poodle and Toy Poodle litters are KCI registered. Anyone offering KCI papers for a Goldendoodle is offering something that does not exist.
