If we had to name the single best pocket of Delhi for a Standard Poodle, Vasant Kunj would be on the shortlist. The reason is the ridge.

Vasant Kunj sits against the southern ridge, and the Aravalli Biodiversity Park is on the doorstep. It is genuine walking country rather than a lawn — uneven ground, trees, real smells — which is worth far more to a dog than an equivalent distance on pavement. For an athletic breed that needs to be tired properly, this is the advantage that makes the area.
Two cautions that come with it. There are monkeys along the ridge, and a dog that chases one is asking for trouble; keep the lead on. And leopard sightings on the southern ridge are occasionally reported, so dawn and dusk walks deep into the park with a small dog off-lead are not sensible.
The condominium blocks and DDA pockets here are mostly lift-served and well spaced, with more greenery between buildings than the Delhi average. A Standard Poodle is comfortable in a Vasant Kunj flat. So is a Toy Poodle, if your floor or lift situation argues for a smaller dog.
The ridge does not spare you the air quality. November to January still means watching the AQI and shortening walks when it climbs. The proximity to green space helps a little; it does not make the problem go away.

Every puppy leaves with a vet health certificate, complete vaccination and deworming records, and KCI litter registration for our Poodles. Goldendoodles are a crossbreed and cannot be KCI registered — we say so rather than pretend otherwise.

Yes, free of charge. Vasant Kunj is inside our own Delhi NCR delivery area, so we hand the puppy to you in person at your door, with the vet certificate, vaccination card and papers.
Yes, and we would much rather you did. The dogs live with us in Delhi NCR and it is a short trip. We will not place a puppy with anyone who has not seen its mother, in person or on live video.

No, and nobody's are. A Goldendoodle is a crossbreed, so the Kennel Club of India does not register it. Our Standard Poodle and Toy Poodle litters are KCI registered. Anyone offering KCI papers for a Goldendoodle is offering something that does not exist.
