Goldendoodle & Poodle puppies in Jaipur.

Raised in our home in Delhi NCR and delivered to Jaipur in person. Below is what Jaipur’s weather and housing actually mean for a curly-coated dog — written for this city, not copied from another one.

Standard Poodle, Toy Poodle and Goldendoodle puppies in Jaipur

We are a small home breeding household in Delhi NCR. We breed three things and nothing else: Standard Poodles, Toy Poodles and Goldendoodles — including F1B golden doodle litters and Parti coats. Puppies are raised underfoot in our home rather than in runs, and we place them with families across India, Jaipur included.

What Jaipur's climate means for a curly coat

Jaipur gives a dog two quite different years in one. Summers are desert-hot and dry, past 43°C in May and June. Winters get genuinely cold at night, down towards 5°C in January — which a Standard Poodle in full coat enjoys enormously and a clipped Toy Poodle will want a coat for.

The specific Jaipur issue is neither: it is dust. Fine desert dust works deep into a curly coat and sits against the skin, where it irritates and speeds up matting. Jaipur owners end up bathing more often than owners elsewhere, and brushing right down to the skin rather than over the top of the coat. Budget for a slightly shorter clip through the dusty months and it stops being a problem.

Homes and walking in Jaipur

Bungalows with their own outdoor space are common in Jaipur, which suits a Standard Poodle very well — more so than most Indian cities of this size. Newer societies along the Ajmer Road and Vaishali Nagar side are the other common pattern. Central Park and Jal Mahal's surrounds are the walks owners here mention most.

Getting your puppy to Jaipur

Jaipur is about five hours by road from our home in Delhi NCR, which means we can often hand-deliver by car rather than fly. That is genuinely better for the puppy: no airport, no crate, no hold. We drive down, hand the puppy to you at your door with the vet certificate and vaccination card, and answer your questions before we leave.

Whatever we have available genuinely exists and is listed on our available puppies page. If a litter is not on that page, we do not have it — we would rather tell you when one is due than take a deposit against a dog that is not born.

What comes with every puppy

Health and papers

Vet health certificate, complete vaccination record and deworming history, and registration papers where the breed carries them.

Meet the mother

In person in Delhi NCR, or on an unedited live video call if Jaipur makes a visit impractical. We will not place a puppy with someone who has not seen its mother.

Support afterwards

Call us in two years and we will still pick up. Grooming, feeding, training, or just to send us a photo. That is the point of buying from a breeder.

Prices are published in full on our price guide, by tier and city. They do not change based on how keen you sound on the phone.

Before you buy a puppy in Jaipur

This applies whether you buy from us or from anyone else, and we mean it.

Insist on seeing the mother

In person or on live video. A seller who will not show you the dam with the litter is hiding something. Watch how she is around people.

Ask what the papers actually are

A Goldendoodle is a crossbreed and does not carry KCI registration. Anyone selling you KCI papers for one is selling you something that does not exist. More on this →

Find your groomer first

Both breeds need professional grooming every six to eight weeks for life. Find someone in Jaipur who can actually clip a Poodle coat before the puppy arrives, not after.

Be wary of speed

Pressure to pay today, or a puppy available immediately in any colour you name, are both warning signs. Good litters have waiting lists.

Frequently asked questions

Do you deliver puppies to Jaipur by road?

Usually yes, and we prefer to. Jaipur is around five hours from Delhi NCR by car, so we can drive the puppy to your door rather than putting it through an airport. No crate, no hold, and we can spend time with you at handover.

Does Jaipur's dust affect a Poodle's coat?

It does, more than most people expect. Fine dust works into a curly coat and sits against the skin, causing irritation and speeding up matting. Bathe a little more often than you would elsewhere, brush right down to the skin, and keep a slightly shorter clip through the dusty months.

Is a Standard Poodle alright in Jaipur's winter?

Very much so. A Standard Poodle in full coat is comfortable in a Jaipur January and will happily walk for longer. A closely clipped Toy Poodle will want a coat on cold nights.

What is the best time of year to bring a puppy home in Jaipur?

October to March, if you have a choice. Settling a young puppy through a Rajasthan May is harder on everyone. If your timing is fixed we will talk you through managing it.
